At the time of registration, the guest will receive upon deposit, a pass necessary to enter and exit the property to be returned upon departure.
VISITORS
Guests may receive visitors inside the accommodation facility. Visitors are allowed to enter upon presentation of valid identity documents at the total discretion of the Reception. The visitor is admitted only during the daytime and upon payment of the appropriate rate shown on our price list. Minor guests are not admitted, unless accompanied by adults, who are obliged to supervise their conduct during the entire visit to the accommodation facility, responding to all legal effects towards the Management and third parties. Visitors are obliged to check the prices and conditions applied in the Camping Village upon arrival. The "visitor" rate does not allow reductions based on the age of the guests and the duration of the entrance. For those who wish to get to know the facility, a tour is allowed, upon presentation of an identification document. In any case, access to the campsite is not allowed by any means of transport, be it motor vehicle, bicycle, scooter or similar.
USE OF THE WATER
The water from the fountains can only be used for drinking water. It is strictly forbidden to wash cars or motorbikes inside the Camping Village. The washing of dishes and linen is permitted only in the designated sinks.
USE OF SANITARY FACILITIES
It will be the responsibility of the guests to use the common services with the highest standards of decorum and cleanliness, because it is everyone's duty to leave it clean. The services will be cleaned and disinfected daily, according to clearly established schedules. It is strictly forbidden to empty the chemical toilets in common bathrooms.
LIGHTING FIRES
For security reasons, it is strictly forbidden to light free fires of any kind. A violation of this rule constitutes a crime. The use of flammable liquids is also not permitted. The use of the barbecue is subject to prior authorisation from the Reception and in any case in the absence of wind and without leaving the fire unattended. The use of gas cookers within the pitches is authorised at a distance of more than 1 metre from the surrounding vegetation. Since Sardinia is a region with a high risk of fire, it is recommended to carefully extinguish embers, matches and cigarettes. Infringement of these rules, in any case constituting a serious risk to people and property, in addition to what is required by law, involves expulsion from the campsite.
RESPECT FOR VEGETATION
It is not allowed to dig ditches or holes on the pitches; it is also necessary to respect all kinds of hedges and camping site artefacts. It is forbidden to tamper with the vegetation in any way. If threads are hung to hang cloths, they must be removed at departure at all times.
WASTE DISPOSAL
Each guest is required to maintain maximum cleanliness on his/her pitch or in the accommodation facility, putting all waste in the appropriate containers, and to leave the occupied spaces in perfect order at the time of departure. It is absolutely forbidden to dispose of waste water from campers and caravans outside the Camper Service area. According to municipal regulations, a separate collection of waste is carried out within our premises: plastic and aluminium, paper, glass, dry and organic waste.
DISINFESTATION
In accordance with general regulations, treatments and disinfestation of mosquitoes and the like are carried out to ensure the best hygienic and sanitary conditions. On the days when the disinfestation is carried out, the client is obliged to keep doors and windows closed during the intervention and not to leave food or personal objects outside the accommodation. This operation is carried out according to the regulations in force with components that are not harmful to humans. We would like to remind our guests that the property is located in the open countryside and therefore ants, mosquitoes, bees and insects and various animals of the countryside may visit it; we do not accept complaints, requests for refunds or changes of accommodation.
USE OF CABLES AND ELECTRICAL EQUIPMENT
Electricity will be supplied only by means of a compliant cable and EEC regulation socket (not the adapter). It is forbidden, to clutter the roadways inside the accommodation facility with cables and/or any other object; it is also forbidden to support them on the surrounding vegetation.
HOURS OF SILENCE
From 11.00 pm to 07.00 am and from 1.30 pm to 3.30 pm. During these hours, guests may not cause disturbing noises, use loud radio and television sets, assemble or disassemble tents or install caravans. It is therefore forbidden to engage in any kind of behaviour that may disturb the public peace inside the accommodation facility. The Management, at its indisputable discretion, may make exceptions for entertainment activities.
DOMESTIC ANIMALS
They are not allowed inside the Mobile Homes and Caravans, except for small ones for the stays with a departure during season A. Request approval from the Reception at the time of booking, with a supplement for final cleaning. They are allowed on the Campsite and must be kept on a leash at the responsibility of the owner. The Management reserves the right to remove dogs that cause disturbance or that it considers dangerous.
MINORS
Groups of minors alone are not accepted. Parents have a duty to accompany their children when using the equipped areas and sanitary facilities. The Management rejects any responsibility.
PLAYGROUND
It is forbidden to use the playground during the hours of silence and to children over 12 years of age. Access to the playground is allowed only to children accompanied by adults, who are responsible to all effects of the law towards Tavolara Camping Village and third parties.
ACCESS FOR CARS AND MOTORBIKES INSIDE THE PROPERTY
Cars and motorbikes are not allowed inside the Camping Village, and must be parked in the appropriate car parks.
ELECTRIC VEHICLES
The Camping Village provides guests with electric vehicles for the loading and unloading of luggage, as well as for shopping during the stay. A maximum speed limit at walking pace is granted for circulation inside the accommodation facility.
IN CASE OF FIRE
Inside the property, there are special acoustic sirens that will sound an alarm in the event of a serious fire. In case of such an event, guests must reach in good order the "temporary gathering points" indicated by special signs, where they will wait for the emergency team. The push-button alarm system must only be activated in the event of a fire. Anyone who sets the alarms off without a real fire hazard will be reported to the public authorities for raising an alarm.
RESPONSIBILITY OF THE GUEST AND/OR VISITORS
Guests and/or their visitors are personally responsible towards the Management and/or third parties for any damage to persons and/or property, direct and/or indirect, for any reason whatsoever caused as a result of conduct in violation of the provisions of these regulations and/or other applicable regulations. Each camper is obliged to keep the objects belonging to him/her scrupulously. The Management does not assume any responsibility for theft of money or valuables, as well as damage due to accidents or injuries to guests. The Management does not assume any responsibility for damage to cars, caravans, or other property caused by falling branches and/or pinecones.
RESOLUTION
Violation of the guest's duties under this contract will result, depending on the seriousness of the violation, in a verbal or written warning from the Management of the property. If the guest does not cease to behave in a breach of contract immediately after the warning, the breach will result in the immediate and legal termination of the contract, with the guest and his visitors obliged to leave the accommodation facility, as well as, by way of a penalty clause, to pay the amount due for the entire stay booked, even if the amount of the stay enjoyed is less, with the right of Tavolara Camping Village to withhold the deposit until satisfaction of the credit grounds, as well as to be compensated for the greater damage.
RELEVANT LAWS
The purchase and sale of products and services by electronic means is regulated by Article 18 of Law Decree 114/98. The purchase and sale contract stipulated between the Guest and Mission srl will be regulated and interpreted in compliance with Italian Law. For anything not expressly provided for in these terms and conditions, reference is made to the provisions of the Italian Civil Code and the relevant laws/contracts. Any disputes shall be governed by Italian law. With the confirmation of the quote or at the time of check-in, the guest accepts the conditions of sale, the current price list, and undertakes to strictly respect the regulations of the accommodation facility. The above rules of conduct are available on our website www.camping-tavolara.it, are posted on the notice board, can be requested by e-mail at info@camping-tavolara.it or from the Reception staff. The guest therefore commits himself to fully comply with each article. Mission srl has the right to terminate the booking contract if the undersigned, his/her family members or visitors do not comply with the regulations in force. In addition to these regulations, please refer to the conditions of sale.
