CONTRACT AND BOOKING
The booking can be made and completed by e-mail, internet, via our contact information. The booking is nominative, and as such, it is considered valid only for the people whose personal data is indicated on the booking contract together with the chosen type, the dates of arrival and departure, the exact amount of the stay, the payment methods required as confirmation and cancellation conditions. The booking will be considered effective only upon receipt of the deposit equal to 30% of the total amount of the stay within 7 days from the date of the request. Any requests received from guests regarding location preferences for their stay will be treated as such, and do not constitute an absolute guarantee, as the assignment is at the discretion of the Reception. The personal data that you will provide during the booking process will be used to issue the tax receipt equal to the amount of the stay (amount paid). In case you need a different invoicing, as type of fiscal document (invoice instead of fiscal receipt) or as a different header of the same, you must indicate it in the notes at the time of booking because the document, once issued, can no longer be corrected.PAYMENT METHODS
The guest, who wishes to confirm the booking of a stay, must proceed to make the payment of the deposit within the terms set out in the quote, in the manner specified by email by our staff. Payments can be made by credit card, bank transfer. In the latter case, the debit operation is not simultaneous with the booking. Once the debit has been successfully completed, you will receive a final confirmation of payment via email. Failure to observe the terms of payment constitutes an express termination clause such as to determine the termination of the contract. Failure to comply with the terms of payment, leads to the loss of the economic and accessory conditions provided for it.The payment for the stay, as well as all the services included, is required upon arrival in Reception.
TAXES AND DUTIES
The Municipality of Loiri Porto San Paolo requires non-residents to pay the tourist tax upon arrival. The rates shown in the price list, online and indicated in the confirmation, include VAT. Should the tax vary from the current rate of 10% and be higher, any difference can be paid directly at the reception desk.ACCEPTANCE OF GUESTS
Access to the campsite requires authorisation from the Reception. Upon arrival, each guest must provide a valid identity document and register. They are required to read the prices and conditions applied by Tavolara Camping Village. At the time of registration, the guest will have to leave a deposit in order to receive a pass necessary to enter and exit the campsite, which must be returned on departure. In case of subsequent changes regarding people, services, and visitors, the guest is obliged to inform the Reception. If a non-registered person is found, the account will be debited from the 1st day of arrival of the crew to which it refers. Failure to comply with the regulations will result in the immediate removal of the guest from the campsite at the sole discretion of the Reception. Upon arrival the guest is required to check the evacuation routes, the current rates, the regulations of the stay, the office hours, the restaurant hours, the market and bar and everything else that may affect the life of the Camping Village. In any case, entry to the campsite constitutes full acceptance of the Regulations for your stay.VISITORS
Guests are allowed to receive visitors inside the accommodation facility. Visitors are allowed to enter at the total discretion of the Reception, upon delivery of valid identity documents. The visitor is admitted only during the daytime and upon payment of the appropriate rate shown on our price list. Visitors who are minors are not permitted, unless they are accompanied by adults, who are obliged to supervise their conduct during the entire stay inside the accommodation facility, in compliance with all legal requirements towards the Management and third parties. Visitors are obliged to check the prices and conditions applicable in the Camping Village upon arrival. The "visitor" rate does not allow for any reductions based on the age of the guests and the duration of the admission. For those who wish to visit the property, a tour is allowed, upon presentation of an identification document. In any case, access to the campsite is not allowed by any means of transport, be it motor vehicle, bicycle, scooter or similar.CHECK-IN VILLAGE
Mobile homes and equipped caravans from 4.00 pm. The allocation of accommodation is made at the indisputable discretion of the Reception. Any reports received from the guests regarding location preferences are treated as such and do not constitute an absolute guarantee, as the assignment is at the discretion of Tavolara Camping Village. Photos of the interiors of the accommodation in the leaflets or on the site are to be considered as representations but do not constitute a means of indicating the condition and equipment of the accommodation itself. Photos or advertising information are not a substitute for the inventory visible on the site.CHECK-OUT VILLAGE
Mobile homes and equipped caravans by 10.00 am. Late Check-out is subject to availability with a supplement and must be requested at the Reception the day before departure.DEPOSIT PER ACCOMMODATION UNIT
On arrival, guests must make a deposit which will be returned on departure after having inspected the structure and equipment. The right of the Tavolara Camping Village to compensation for the greater damages is reserved. The guest must check that the accommodation is compliant and problem-free and that the equipment is complete and corresponds to the list inside the accommodation. If necessary, the guest must immediately report any faults, problems or cleaning conditions deemed to be non-compliant to allow the Reception desk to remedy them promptly. No complaints will be accepted at the end of the stay for problems not formally reported at the time of taking possession of the accommodation. It is essential that the guest requests in a timely manner and makes sure that all the accessory and optional items that he has requested or considered during the quotation phase are expressly highlighted in the contract.EXTRA SERVICES
It is possible to book additional services for an extra charge. The prices are indicated on the current price list.CHECK-IN PITCH
From 11.00 am. The guest is obliged to occupy the pitch indicated by the Reception. The occupation of a pitch different from the one assigned is allowed only with the express authorization of the Reception, upon completion of a new registration procedure.CHECK-OUT PITCH
By 11.00 am. Late Check-out is subject to availability with a supplement and must be requested at the Reception the day before departure.STAY IN THE VILLAGE AND ON THE CAMPSITE
It will be calculated starting at any time on the day of arrival. Any extension of the stay can only be carried out with the authorisation of the Reception, with modification of the registration form.DEPARTURES
At the time of departure, it is compulsory to stop at the exit and present the tax receipt to the staff in charge.DELAYED ARRIVAL – EARLY DEPARTURE – NO-SHOW
Late arrival, or early departure, will not result in any refund of the total amount due, which will be calculated according to the arrival and departure dates indicated in the booking. In case of non-arrival (no-show) by midnight of the day after the scheduled arrival, the booked guests will lose, in case of lack of notice, the rights deriving from the booking with consequent loss of the deposit.RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
The guest can cancel the booking at any time, by giving written notice in advance to Tavolara Camping Village. Cancellation will result in the return of the down-payment made for the booking and deposit by Tavolara Camping Village, in the following manner:- 70% of the total amount, if the cancellation is made between the date of booking and the 60th day before the start date of the stay;
- 50% of the entire amount, if the cancellation is made between the 59th and 30th day before the start date of the stay;
- no refund of the amount paid, if the cancellation is made after the 30th day before the beginning of the stay.
