Beach
A few hundred metres from our holiday village you will find our wonderful beach in Porto Taverna, easily reachable on foot or with our free shuttle service. The beach is a place of great charm, thanks to its marvellous white and fine sand, shallow and sandy seabed, clear and crystalline waters from emerald green to turquoise. The beach, located in the Protected Marine Area Tavolara Punta Coda Cavallo, offers a comfortable view of the entire Archipelago.
In front of the beach stands the majestic granite island of Tavolara, rising from the sea, distinguished by rocks with splendid chromatic tones: the green of juniper, rosemary and mastic tree, combined with the light and deep blues as well as the emerald colour of the surrounding waters.
On the beach, there are several bars with restaurant service and it is possible to rent beach umbrellas and sun loungers. A lot of space is also dedicated to the free beach. Here you can rent inflatables, pedal boats, SUP boards, kayaks and windsurfing boards. A diving centre is also available for fantastic immersions.
Behind the beach, there is a lagoon: thanks to the suggestive wooden bridge that crosses it, it is possible to see different species of birds and, during some periods of the year, the beautiful pink flamingos.
